Drink Plenty of Water. Hydrate yourself and do not wait to be thirsty before you drink water. You could experience dehydration or heat stroke if you do not have enough water.
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Enjoy yummy fruit shakes, slices of watermelon which contain 90% of water.
Sprinkle water on your body. Try to bring a small spritzer with cold water and spray often around your body to keep it cool.
Protect your skin. Always wear sunblock with a high SPF to protect your skin from the suns ultra violet rays.
Wear sunglasses. Protect your eyes from suns ultra violet rays by wearing a good pair of sunglasses.
Your pets also need protection from the summer heat. Make sure your pets are in the shade and always have fresh cool water.
