2013 Photo Contest

Baraga Telephone Company is once again having a photo contest for our 2013 phone book cover. If you have a picture that you would like to submit, email them to phonebook@up.net and include your name, address, telephone number, and the location where it was taken. All photos must be clear and contain no people. Entries must be submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Baraga Telephone has the right to choose which photos make it to the voting phase. Please have your photo submitted no later than June 14th. Voting will take place on our Facebook page beginning June 15th and will end June 24th.

Last year’s beautiful photo came from Andi and Bill Olsen of L’Anse.

KBHA has applied for a Grant for the hockey association and the application has been accepted. We need anyone and everyone to go to the website responsiblesports.com and go to the parent drop down bar and take a quiz. You will need to type in Keweenaw Bay Hockey Assoc. when asked for what organization (you may need the zip code 49908). This will give us points until the end of May to try and win this Grant. You as parents, grandparents, friends, anyone who wants to help us out can take the quiz.
