Rackspace is currently experiencing a webmail outage, and is actively working to correct it.  They do not have an ETA at this time.  E-mail (message delivery, etc.) is still fully functional.  It is just the web access portion that is down.  Customers may continue to check / send e-mail by using either a mobile device or an e-mail program (such as Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.).   Instructions for configuring e-mail on your mobile device or via an e-mail program may be found on our website HERE
