up.net and PFN would like to thank everyone who filled out our survey or otherwise offered their support for our efforts to bring Fiber to the Premise to Keweenaw County.

As of May 31 2019 we have filed for a grant through the USDA ReConnect Program to install over 85 miles of high speed fiber optic cable in Keweenaw County.  We believe that our application has acumulated enough points to give us a definite shot at receiving a grant, but now have to wait as the applications are processed.
