Advertising	Find out how to have your banner on the up.net homepage.
Accounts Dept	The Accounts Dept can handle requests for dial in, high speed, and dedicated access accounts. They can also help you with getting additional email addresses and web sites.
Billing	The Billing Dept can help you with questions on your bill or questions on pricing.
Webster	Webster provides support for web account customers. If we host your web site and you have questions or comments, this is the person for you.
Computer Sales	Anything to do with computer or hardware sales
Help Line	The helpline is available from 8am until 8pm Eastern on weekdays. The Helpline's phone number is 906-334-HELP in Baraga and Houghton County and 800-290-2209 elsewhere. Please note that our helpline strives to help you configure a wide variety of software, but it is not possible to support all possible programs. The helpline currently supports Internet Explorer 4 - 6.0, Outlook Express 4.0x - 6.0 (included with Windows 98 or higher), Open Transport, Open PPP, and Remote Access (included in Mac OS 8.1 or Higher). All other software support must come from the software Manufacturer.
Network Abuse	Send to this address if you are experiencing some form of abuse or trouble related to section 10 or 12 of our Terms of Service.
Systems Support	The systems support staff can answer technical questions about up.net.
Webmaster	Comments directed to the Web Staff should be limited to those about the appearance and accuracy of content of the pages on our site. Suggestions and comments are always welcome.
